Nearby, you’ll find National Highway 308, as well as the Beijing-Zhuhai and Qingdao-Yinchuan expressways. The company owns equipment jointly manufactured by Gleason and Henglun Company.Large-scale gear-specific 5-axis machining centers, Gleason Phoenix 600G and Gleason 800G spiral bevel gear grinding machines, Gleason P1200 and Gleason P600/800 form-grinding gear machines, Hoffler YIPER 500KW gear grinding machine, Gleason P800 heavy-duty hobbing machine, Gleason P400 hobbing machine, and Gleason P500S rack-and-pinion cutting machine., along with a complete set of German Eberspächer heat treatment production lines, supported by the Gleason 1500GMM gear inspection center, spectroscopic analyzers, metallographic analysis equipment, ultrasonic flaw detectors, and Vickers hardness testers—among other internationally advanced precision testing instruments. The system includes more than 130 units of main machines and complementary auxiliary equipment in total.
With extensive manufacturing experience and cutting-edge design and development capabilities in the industry,KeXin can customize a wide range of non-standard, high-precision spiral bevel gears (Gleason or Klingelnberg tooth systems), hardened cylindrical gears (straight, helical, and herringbone gears without relief slots), as well as gearboxes tailored to customer needs—modulus is not limited.With a maximum machining diameter of 2,500 mm and a gear-grinding diameter of up to 1,600 mm, our products achieve precision levels as high as DIN Grade 3.
