The company boasts a state-of-the-art 5-axis machining center specifically designed for large gears, jointly manufactured by Gleason and Henglun; the Gleason Phoenix 600G and Gleason 800G spiral bevel gear grinding machines; the Gleason P1200 and P600/800 form-grinding machines; the heavy-duty Gleason P800 hobbing machine; and the Gleason P500S rack-and-pinion cutting machine. Additionally, the company is equipped with a complete German Ipsen heat treatment production line, complemented by the Gleason 1500GMM gear inspection center, along with advanced international precision testing equipment such as a spectrometer, metallographic analyzer, ultrasonic flaw detector, and Vickers hardness tester. In total, the company has over 130 pieces of main and auxiliary equipment, ensuring top-tier performance and quality.
KeXin can customize a wide range of non-standard, high-precision spiral bevel gears (Gleason or Klingelnberg tooth systems), as well as hard-faced cylindrical gears (with straight, helical, or herringbone teeth without relief slots) and gearboxes tailored to customer needs. Modulus sizes are flexible, with maximum machining diameter up to 2500mm and grinding diameter up to 1600mm. Our gears achieve precision levels as high as DIN Grade 3.
